Refund Policy

Because top-ups are digital goods delivered instantly to your game account, orders generally cannot be refunded once successfully completed.

If an order fails to deliver after successful payment, we automatically process a refund to your original payment method — no request necessary. You'll receive a notification either way.

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact support within 7 days of the transaction with your order number.
